为提高我院护理国际化水平、提升我院护理学科的影响力和竞争力，护理部于10月9日中午在模拟中心1号报告厅举办第一期“全球视角 卓越护理”全英交流论坛。“全球视角 卓越护理”全英交流论坛是由护理部护理研究中心举办，搭建开放轻松的学习平台，全院研究生护士参与，采取全英文交流模式，按主题分享个人学术经验和观点。本次论坛以“护理伦理”为主题，由护理部副主任刘纬华主持，四名国际护理硕士进行发言，研究生学历护士参与。
      In order to improve the international level and enhance the influence and competitiveness of nursing disciplines in our hospital, the Nursing Department held the first "Global Perspective, Excellent Nursing Excellence" English Nursing Exchange Forum at noon on October 9 in Lecture Hall 1 of the Medical Simulation Center. The "Global Perspective, Excellent Nursing" English Nursing Exchange Forum is organized by the Nursing Research Center of the Nursing Department, building an open and relaxed learning platform, with the participation of all graduate nurses in the hospital, adopting an all-English exchange mode, sharing personal academic experience and insights according to themes. With the theme of "Nursing Ethics", the forum was moderated by Liu Weihua, Deputy Director of the Nursing Department, and four international masters of nursing gave speeches, and nurses with master's degrees participated.
      皮肤科王思思结合案例剖析了日常工作中遇见的伦理困境；国际医疗中心魏雨杉通过分析文献，阐述了患者家属对重症监护病房替代决策的看法；眼科医院田新分析了疫情下医疗资源分配的问题；老年医学科刘萌讲解了癌症患者病情告知的伦理考量。
      Sisi Wang from the Dermatology Department analyzed the ethical dilemmas encountered in daily work based on cases; Wei Yushan from the International Medical Center analyzed the literature and elaborated the views of family members' perceptions of surrogate decision-making in the ICU. Xin Tian from the Department of Ophthalmology analyzed the allocation of medical resources during the pandemic; Meng Liu from the Department of Geriatrics explained the ethical considerations of truth-telling in cancer patients.
      论坛最后设立了讨论环节，现场参与者自由提问，并针对护理实践中遇到的伦理困境、共享决策、医疗资源分配等问题，展开了热烈的讨论。
      At the end of the forum, a discussion session was set up, where participants asked questions freely and had lively discussions on ethical dilemmas encountered in nursing practice, shared decision-making, and allocation of medical resources.
      国际化是我院护理学科发展的“四化”目标之一。此次护理部突破传统，举办全英交流论坛，立足培养具有国际视野、能够在国际舞台发声的国际化人才，为提升我院护理学科国际化发展水平和综合实力加油助力！
      Internationalization is one of the "Four Changes" goals for developing nursing discipline in our hospital. The Nursing Department broke through tradition and held an English Nursing Exchange Forum based on cultivating international talents with global vision and capability of speaking on the international stage, facilitating the improvement of the international development level and comprehensive strength of nursing disciplines in our hospital.
